The fact is, I can think of no reason I have not put Brene Brown here on my page yet, I have used her videos to show clients how normal shame is, how tender and beautiful and hard vulnerability is.
I have mostly used them to sooth myself, when I fall the victim to what she calls a “vulnerability hangover.” Her message “vulnerability is the birth place of innovation, creativity and change ” is what my work, our work is about.
So if you happen to see this for the first time on my site, beautiful, if seeing it here makes you understand our work more. Yay! If it offers you the kind of boost and comfort it offers me, for living this authentic full hearted life, even though there are tough moments, I feel with you, and am so glad to offer her message to you.
And another less common video aimed at healers but I believe most of us can hear this message and so I offer it to you.
